These workshops will introduce you to some very valuable tools to still the mind through calming and breathing techniques.

Valerie runs meditation evenings on a regular basis including many guided meditations.
 
We meet for the Summer and Winter Solstices and also the Spring and Autumn Equinoxes. Other meditation evenings take place throughout the year, usually once a month, with differing themes. All created by Valerie with the assistance of her Angels. 
 
Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced meditator, these workshops are very beneficial and all are welcome.
 
The duration of the meditation workshops and the costs vary according to the content.
A 90-minute workshop is £25, and the 2-hour workshops are £30
