Reiki is the Japanese word for “Universal Life Force Energy”. It has been known since ancient times that an unseen energy flows through all living things and that this energy directly affects our quality of health and general well-being. A Reiki treatment is a gentle, non-intrusive healing process whereby healing energy is channelled through the therapist’s hands into the recipient. Working directly with a person’s chakra system, the energy centres, in the body. It is taught in 3 levels.
